What this site is for
This is a patient decision guide to poly-L-lactic acid, published by Chongqing West District Hospital, a tertiary general hospital in Jiulongpo District, Chongqing. It exists for the person deciding rather than the person studying: how the flat weeks work, how the course is planned, what dilution and depth decide, how lumps are managed, and when the honest answer is a different treatment or none.
What it deliberately does not do
It does not name products or brands, quote prices or dosages, or promise a result. It does not present the course as a lift, does not describe it as natural without also describing that nothing about it can be undone, and does not repeat the class-by-class explanation that the collagen biostimulator site and the injectables hub already carry.
The two facts behind every page
Nothing is visible when you leave, and for several weeks afterwards the treated area may look exactly as it did before. And there is no agent that reverses this substance, so a result that overshoots is waited out or treated. Both are stated wherever treatment is described, because a patient who understands them from the beginning makes a different and better decision.
How the content is reviewed and corrected
Ke He, MD, Deputy Director and Head of Skin & Laser Aesthetics, is the responsible physician. Every guide is reviewed against her clinical judgement before publication and reviewed again on a twelve-month cycle. If you find something unclear, out of date or wrong, the contact page explains how to tell us, and corrections are made to the page itself.
